Ordering Terms

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from AlwaysYoungApparel.com. Please note that your use of AlwaysYoungApparel.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Shipping Policy

At Always Young, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality apparel and excellent customer service. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving payment. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for an estimate of when your order will arrive. Estimation: 3-10 total business days for delivery.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre Order" in product description may take 4-6 weeks to ship.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for a more accurate delivery estimate.

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of the order, however in some rare cases (such as sales) please allow 5-8 business days.  Delivery time is based on the shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds and no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 5 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify contact @AlwaysYoungApparel.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days. All sale items purchased through discount code or on sale are FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange.

Domestic (USA)

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping prices are calculated using USPS & UPS real time quotes and are based on weight and destination. Standard delivery time is 1-4 business days from date shipped but may take longer.  Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of purchase.

International (Canada)

We currently offer USPS First Class Mail. Standard delivery time for USPS First Class (Canada) is 6-16 business days from date shipped but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Customs law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

International (Rest of World)

We currently offer USPS First Class Mail. Prices are calculated using USPS real time quotes.

Standard delivery time for USPS First Class is 7-30 business days from date shipped but may take longer depending on your region. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Customs law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

Depending on your country, sometimes the price of shipping will outweigh our costs. We reserve the right to refuse shipping any order, even after it has been processed. In this situation, we will refund your full purchase amount.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on AlwaysYoungApparel.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

From time to time there may be information on AlwaysYoungApparel.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
